About Jimmi

Hi my name is Jimmi Watson.

I’m 27 and play guitar in a few bands as well as solo and in a duo.

I was full time for a couple of years playing standard rock/folk/country/indie covers in the duo and solo, while recording originals in a band called Urban Heelers.

I’ve surfed the internet to find a fair bit of junk out there in regards to learning and improving playing the guitar.  So I thought I’d set up this blog to help anyone who’s interested.

I’ve taught myself since I was 18.  So anyone can pick it up.  Just keep practicing.  I’ve had various gear including acoustic guitars, electric guitars, effects, bass, amps, p.a.’s and recording gear.

It is a journey where you connect and jam with other people getting into it.  I get into all styles.  Thanks for visiting.
